>> Su Real is a young emerging munich/berlin based libertine I happened to know when she started hanging out in Munich’s nightlife as a teenager. After her studies at the Akademie der bildenden Künste I‘m stunned of her eerie but hyper-real works and I am really happy to show her work to my networks.<<
CURATOR MIRKO HECKTOR ABOUT THE ARTIST
ABOUT ABOUT ABOUT ABOUT ABOUT ABOUT ABOUT ABOUT ABOUT ABOUT
>>Su Real, born in 1992, is a german, multimedia artist. She graduated at the Akademie der bildenden Künste München and works in Munich and Berlin. She explores the area between sound and visual arts and seeks to connect an ongoing separation of visual art and sound. Her works are stills of videos that contain certain patterns mostly based on error structures. Yet it reveals a slickness, glossiness and screen-like hyper-real superficiality, which puts her work in context of postdigital art.<<

>>Mirko Hecktor has a good taste of music and when „Mjunik Disco“ was published by Blumenbar Verlag, we made a night life tour through all the clubs and bars of Munich. Especially his dance moves in his black leather trousers at the old Registratur club and his ballet performance at MaximiliansForum impressed me.<<
